Firstly, this relies on location detection permission being granted.
Activating button above will initiate speed monitoring at 5-second intervals by default, with the drop-down to select 10 or 30 second intervals otherwise, with optional notification beeps enabled via checkbox below it -

- 1 beep between 0-5 units
- 2 beeps between 5-10 units
- 3 beeps between 10-20 units
- 4 beeps for any speed over 20 units
You can also choose between KM/H or MPH using relevant radio buttons.
Bear in mind that it's rounding speed off to single decimal place, so if it tells you 0.0KM/H or 0.0MPH, but still beeps once, it means the speed was over 0, but, might still have rounded off to 0.0, and, accuracy will in any case rely on device location sensors, time-lags, etc.
